Opened Keg, got some sort of server error and lost cards from the keg
Just leveled up in ranked and got some new kegs, great. Opened a bunch of them and then on one, the keg with a gold card, Kambi, Caranthir and Triss, selected Kambi and I got some sort of server error after the screen selecting from the golds and the cards didn't appear in my collection. So I lost the 4 regular cards, can't remember what they were and the gold! Or will it come through in a bit?
Looks like the keg might have reset back into the account maybe, but if I open it I doubt I'll get the gold card if I open again? So quite frustrating.
Is this a known issue, could you look into it please? I've bought few packs of kegs and if this happens when you open them it's going to be an issue for you.
