Our tribute to Gary
On Tuesday, 4th of March, died Gary Gygax, a man who was working on creation of the first role-playing game, Dungeons & Dragons, as well as many other titles later: AD&D, Dangerous Journeys or Legendary Adventures. Many of us were inspired by his work and made the first steps in a world of fantasy, which turned in time into a real passion. D&D was for us not only a wonderful enterntainment, but also an inspiration during the creation of The Witcher. His passing was a great loss for us, because it was Gary Gygax, who made foundations, on which following RPG titles had been built, not only pen and paper, but also computer RPGs. Despite of the fact, that RPG games have changed greatly, The Witcher owes a lot to this exceptional man. Thank you Gary, you won't be forgotten.
