1) In "ghost town" mission in the end, after defeating Nash, during her talking with Boz near sunset motel the palyer could draw is weapon to be ready to what could happen, when the talking is done there a timed interaction where you could put away your weapon, if you wait to much your weapon is put away automatically but Panam enters in a combat stance (like if she's holding a shotgun that she has not) till her next interaction.
This is immersion breaking...

2) In "with a little help from my friends" side quest after the train chase end i could happen that the stolen truck that need to be escorted to camp get stuck in audio loop where it continues to honk all the time (also during dialogues at camp).
