The game was running pretty great on patch 1.04, almost no stutters on 1080p with mixed graphics settings on my i5 8400 and RX 5500XT 8GB, with 16GB RAM. Very minor bugs, I think I saw 2 T-poses in 22 hours of playing (well, 2 of them were trying to get the game to work in the first place..). Mismatched objects were annoying, such as Rogue holding nothing in her hand and having her whiskey glass floating next to her in the Afterlife, or Jackie having a gun through his head. But still, feels like I've been lucky and had less bugs than everyone. Of course, the game looks obviously unfinished with everything that's been said about the AI and announced features that simply aren't there. But, I digress..
Now, I can't get past the loading screen after I press continue. Cyberpunk 2077 has flatlined.
I think I tried everything in the last few hours to get it to work. What I tried (also in combination):

- Restart
- Repair
- Run as admin
- Fresh GPU driver reinstall with DDU
- Redownloading the game
