Pavetta's effect should trigger no matter what

I just played against the annoying Scoiatael tempo deck (for like the xcillion time) and I would won if Pavetta would trigger her effect, enemy had sworddancer on the hand and I was forced to pass. THe freacking Vrihedd officer would land straight to its bin, where it belongs!
Tibor is triggered even when I have no cards left,
Avallach is triggered when I have no cards left (which actuall never happened to me)
so it is demanded that this should be no different! YOu messed alot with its new patch, and already just way more people quitted this game, and it will be way more its a promise. But not only did you condradicted yourselves with its patch but even the basic stuff you cant get right.

Tibor doesn't trigger if you've passed, and Avallach doesn't either.
You can have zero cards left, and not have passed yet (if you played one). You aren't forced to pass until you have no cards left to play, and that counts as a turn.

That's literally how the game operates. Pavetta is no different.

I'm really not understanding your situation. Pavetta only triggers on deploy. If you played Pavetta, your lowest unit should have been shuffled, and the enemy's lowest unit should have been shuffled. That's all it does. It's not an on-going effect. It happens once when she's deployed.

Opponent had passed so he could no longer use Pavetta, which is his concern. That said, being able to remove their strongest without them having the option to replay it is quite strong.

You just have to use such cards before they pass.

You need to describe your situation in more detail. Your OP doesn't make enough sense. Give everyone a step-by-step of what happened and the exact situation as well as what you expected to happen.

OP's argument doesn't seem to make sense. Just a lot of salt and flaccid threats for no reason.

I won first round, so he couldnt pass and I was a card behind.
He used his fucking sworddancer, so I just couldnt pass on him.
I destroyed this sworddancer, he played his fucking op Vrihedd
I played Pavetta and nothing happened.

Please be patient with the others here in this forum. From what you describe it's really not that easy to get your problem.

Did you have any other units on the board? This may be a bug with Pavetta where the trigger doesn't happen for anyone if she's the only target on your side of the board. I'm almost certain this is what occurred.

He drops Sword dancer, you kill it, he drops Vriheed, you drop Pavetta with the expectation he'll have to pick up Vriheed. Pavetta has no other target on your side, so the entire deploy effect got cancelled. It does seem like a bug, but maybe both conditionals are required.

Think that's frustrating? I'm using Aglais in my deck and at least 5 times in the last two days I held her as my last card and they didn't play a single special card for the entire game. I play her and their last card is hailstorm...

At least 5 times..

That's not a bug. Just like Milva, and other "do x and then do y" effects, the second part doesn't trigger if the first doesn't.

If you don't have another unit to get shuffled, then nothing gets shuffled. Just like with Milva, where if you don't have another unit to bounce, then no enemy gets bounced either (or didn't use to, at least, I just noticed that her text seems to have changed with this last patch, and I'll admit I haven't tested it yet.. The order has been switched, and it now says that you bounce an enemy and then bounce an ally, so if that was intentional it may mean that she can now bounce only an enemy).
