When i skip ahead to Phantom Liberty and I checkout what skill tree has on o Phantom Liberty, it has pre made skill tree for netrunner build it has 4 body, 9 intelligence, 9 reflexes, 4 cool. Why not select your starter build like melee build, edge runner build, stealth build , blade and knife build. with there own skill tree, thanks
