I have a save just prior to speaking with Regina after completing all 17 of the cyberpsycho missions. I incapacitated all of them, however every time i reload and speak with Regina, she says i saved "most" of them. The quest then completes and there is no reward, even though she says 'here is your reward'.
Is this a bug or did this major side quest just fail to get finished? Seems rather disappointing to have absolutely nothing happen at the end of the lengthy quest....
