Question on rewards when game ends

For all the games that I've played till now, the "Spoils of War" screen is blank and I had to skip it to continue.
I can see what I've earned only after I restart the game.

But, I noticed the rewards aren't always the same.
Can anybody please explain how the reward system works?

In my experience is 5ore/scraps per GG and 15ore/scraps per win. First lev up win=100ore second lev up win is 75 and 3 lev up win 50. After that you only get rewards at the end of the level till the day resets.
