Quests Question

I stopped playing in August (2oth) of 2021 and am just returning now. I've noticed that I only get one daily quest now. I believe I used to get three daily when I left (and part of the reason I left was the difficulty in finishing the three daily quests within a 24 hrs period of time). Is this working as intended or has there been a change?

It's always been one quest a day.

One quest a day, but you can store up to three uncompleted quests — so it might look like you have three on some days.

And the only “penalty” for not completing a quest is that you don’t get a new one. There is no real reason to quit playing for that reason. It is not like some games where you hurt your team by not playing enough.
