Regis buff reactions.

Hi,
what di you think guys about Regis Higher Vampire buff?

For me is quite difficult to manage.
I balanced my northern realms deck and Regis was one of the most important card of my deck.
It was very important to contrast the minster's decks.

What else should I use now?

I think he just confused himself and actually meant nerf.

Actually I ran him before in almost every deck, but now he is completely useless in my opinion. The reason was for me as well the strength against the Monster faction, I wished there would be another neutral card which isnt effected by weather, not only Sarah.
