Regis higher vanmpire ability not activating?

I dont know if I am missing something in the ability description but when I pkay regis higher vampire in rounds 2 or 3, his ability doesnt activate. I just get a 6 strength gold card. Opponents 3 bronze cards dont show for me to consume. Anyone else come across this problem? I am on PC by the way. Windows 10 64 bit

That's probably because by round 2/3 they don't have 3 bronze units in their decks. However if it stops working when there are 1 or 2 cards remaining and it still doesn't work then it needs fixing.

I thought of that. In round 2 last night my opponent had 10 cards left in his deck. They might have been silvers golds and specials but i doubt it. Ill keep playing around with it. I reported it anyway just in case its a bug

Because if I am not mistaken it says look at 3 cards from opponents DECK not their HAND right?
