There are aristocrats who play the statuses in the opponent's units. But there is no opposite archetype that loves statuses on their units. Existing unplayable cards can be changed. I hope I gave you an idea to think about.
Watchman (4 5): At the end of your turn, boost self by 1 for each status of this unit.
Fortune Teller (2 4): Deploy (Melee): Move a random status from an allied unit to another unit. Deploy (Ranged): Create a status and give a unit.
Caravan Guard (3 6): Deploy: Boost self by the number of cards with status in your hand. Whenever an allied unit receives any status, boost them by the amount applied.
Ciri (4 9): Choose 3 allied units, then give them Veil, Shield and Defender, in that order. Order: copy all statuses from a unit to self.
Gaunter O'Dimm (6 10): Deploy: Give all units on the battlefield Doomed. Order: Destroy a Doomed enemy unit.
