reward tree leaders turning golden every second or so?

Some of my leaders flash golden every second or so in the reward tree. no idea why. i fully unlocked adda, and she doesnt do this, but my monster leaders do. anyone know why?

My entire Monsters tree (the big Monsters symbol button) flashes gold and prompts me to open it (because I never have, at least not after the new tutorial).
Possibly related?

Checked most of the trees and no Leaders were flashing, locked or unlocked.

Yeah i had that too, but i fully unlocked all the base monster trees, and it also does it for detlaff and gerni

Yes, it was happening to me after "rework" of starter decks. I think it's connected to new tutorial.

Blinking stopped for me after I found and read two additional "tutorial messages": first one was in some faction tree, second one was in some leader skins tree.
