I was just walking around in the Park, north side of Haywood. It's just left and south of Arasaka Tower.

There's a little girl that kinda was just there when i noticed her. Her name is Arabelle Luvasha.
She has this comical, exaggerated march, and she follows you. Periodically, she salutes, does this little shimmy dance, does the "I see you" thing with 2 fingers at her eyes, or waves.
It's really unnerving to see her there.
Edit - It gets even worse. if you run, when you stop, she's right there at you. She will go all the way up the ramp (SE) before she blips away.
