they say, "Second, we will fix bugs and crashes, and improve the overall experience. The first round of updates has just been released and the next one is coming within the next 7 days. Expect more, as we will update frequently whenever new improvements are ready. After the holidays, we’ll continue working — we’ll release two large patches starting with Patch #1 in January. This will be followed by Patch #2 in February. Together these should fix the most prominent problems gamers are facing on last-gen consoles. We will be informing you about the contents of each patch ahead of their release. They won’t make the game on last-gen look like it’s running on a high-spec PC or next-gen console, but it will be closer to that experience than it is now."

It is natural that bugs shouldn't have existed in the first place,
Correct everything you made roughly in rushing to release the game.
Create the contents you planned and deleted, and correct all the meager contents that currently exist.
I wonder if you will do all this.
For all that you proudly advertised, don't make you liar.

My friend is playing PS4 CP2077 and reports a lot of challenges with the bugs but loves the game so much he's just slugging through it. It's a demanding game but the port to last-gen may have been too big to deliver smoothly I hope it gets sorted out, not everyone can just update a new rig or get on the next-gen PS5 to play :(

Hope they can get it to where you are happy but that may take some time.

I don't think they are gonna add contents (even things like should be in game like barber shops etc.) with patches. Maybe they will add these with dlcs but not with patches you know this is not a early acces game even tho it looks like.
