Thronebreaker Achievement [Army Camp Tycoon] Doesn't Unlock

problem with unlock achievements!

achievements do not unlock after the condition

i fully upgrade my camp special for achivement, but i didn't get an achievement!

achivements: "Army Camp Tycoon"

this problem after last patch, I just want to make sure that the developers know about the problem, and solve it
