Weather bug?

I often save my game when the weather is perfect and sunny, and then when I re-load that exact same saved game it is all of a sudden pouring rain.

Is this a weather bug or is the game supposed to do this?

Should I delete this save, or is it okay to keep it?

Yes, the weather can be rather unpredictable, or inconsistent. I've had similar experiences with sudden changes, prolonged rain, missing storms, or multiple simultaneous weather effects.

Should I delete this save, or is it okay to keep it?

I wouldn't worry about it, unless you are seeing other issues which impair gameplay. The weather is primarily aesthetic.

There are console commands that can set it as well, if you like.

Since it has a purely aesthetic effect, it wouldn't really effect anything else.

But I can't find the list of what whether was designed to go in what place.

There's only one island on Skellige, you'll know which if you've played that tower quest, where you probably don't want to go mucking with the weather near.
