Is there a way to contact developers? (game bug)

Hi guys, I've spent literally weeks talking with a blind support operator, that didn't understand the bug and now is totally ignoring me (really bad customer care behavior). :((

Simple explanation: the Xbox One X (previous generation, not current one, that apparently works) can't recognize the Ciri alternative addon, despite the fact the option to enable it appears in the game menu and the addon appears as installed in the game management of the console system (but not in the game installed addons):

This makes impossible to load any cross platform save. I've purchased a Nintendo Switch edition of the game, with the sole purpose to keep playing my game on the go, and I simply can't. Xbox One X can't import the save.
I already tried all suggested procedures (as creating a new game from scratch or uninstalling and installing the game again) but none worked, even if the customer operator that's now ignoring my emails said it was an old bug already solved. Maybe on new generation, not on old for sure.

So, how to solve this blocking problem if customer care can't solve it? Is there any email or way to contact directly a developer?

CD-Project makes really great games, but lacks on the bugs side, sadly.

Note: On Xbox I've the normal version of the game, and I also purchased all paying addons. Maybe the complete edition doesn't have this bug, but I can't purchase a third version of the game just to overcome this issue. :(

If you already tried reinstalling the game, then I don't know what to try next. One step that usually comes up with xbox issues is clearing the cache, so maybe try that? https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/witcher-3/xbox/sp-technical/issue/1673/clear-cache-on-xbox

Alternate Ciri outfit was free DLC and not paid expansion, so maybe check the store that it shows as downloaded there? Unfortunately I'm not familiar with xbox or it's marketplace, so best I can do is guess. Or try summoning @LeKill3rFou who seems to be very familiar with that platform and its troubleshooting.

Thanks for you help, unfortunately it’s a well know bug of the game on the previous generation console, and CD-Project simply doesn’t look interested to fix it. After the Cyberpunk disaster it’s better to wait a pair of years before purchasing their games. :(
 
Anyone has a contact (Twitter or other social media) of some developer? Since the customer "care" is using this rubber wall, there's no other way to let them know about this blocking bug.
