I dunno if this was mentioned before but I read in the manual that there was a motherfuckin EYE DARTGUN!! a dart gun in your eye insane!
I wish what Cybernetics you get affect stuff like cutscenes kinda like how Batman used these flying blades on the Joker at the end of Dark Knight. I want the same thing to happen with the dartgun.

If I recall correctly, getting the dartgun option means you can't see with that eye. Because it's a freaking dartgun.

It is a style choice for a character, nothing more, nothing less. If it gives a bonus to stats for being half animal, great, if not oh well.

No actually, if you know anything about fur. Is to some it's a fetish. And they take to far. I for one, do not. I simply enjoy and like the "art form" and offical media of style character. Now I did read articles about those weapons that you linked and none of them is actually "Ray Weapon".
Railgun is technology of launching conventional projectiles. Electricity is used only to accelerate projectile. And we have this nowadays already.
Pulse Rifle shoots electromagnetic impulse that can damage only electronics - it's basically EMP gun.
Closest to ray weapon is this pistol, but still it's not ray weapon - it shoot energy bolts (like minithunders) that are dangerous mostly against electronics too - it deals very low damage against "meat".
So none of them is a ray weapon.
Yes, well... I'm guessing the image of laser weapons you have in your head comes from something (movies, TV-series, anime) that has no basis in reality, and thus they feel cartoonish.
This is what a real laser weapon looks like. In other words, it doesn't. You can't see laser. It's a continuous, invisible beam. Not like in Star Wars where they shoot some kind of unrealistic light projectiles, or in Babylon 5 where the laser beams are visible in space. EDIT: Here's another example, this time a drone being shot down using a laser.
Having said that, I don't want realistic lasers in Cyberpunk 2077 any more than I do unrealistic ones. I just meant they're already in Cyberpunk 2020.
I'll stick to my Mark II, and occasionally my Militech AM-3 "Anti-Matter Rifle".
