What does the parameter -texQualityLevel=Cinematic do?

I've used a bat-file for ages to start CP2077. I think I did not look in it for 2 years.
Just now I looked in it again and I see that I use the -texQualityLevel=Cinematic as parameter behind the exe-file.
Tried to look for it online but all that shows up is the parameter -qualityLevel=Cinematic_RTX

The -texQualityLevel= does exist, it's in the list of parameters but there are no values mentioned. And I see no obvious difference when running with or without it.
So I'm just curious what it does, why did I place it there
