To me the Nilfgaard one is the strongers as always. The Skellige one a runner up.

Ard Feainn Tortoise is best. Redanian Eilte is 2nd worst. Kikimora Worker is worst.
I'm unlikely to use any of these. I can almost always find better 4 provision alternatives.
Terror Crew Plunderer is the strongest one imho, if used properly and at the right time in self-wound decks.
