Why didn’t they bring back Team Yen, Triss, and Shani titles?

This is the Valentine’s/Love holiday event. They brought back most of the trinkets from other years’ events, but for some reason not these ones?

I didn’t play two years ago so I don’t have those titles. Please bring them back before the event ends.
