I am so confused as to why I cant find any post anywhere regarding this.
In the main game, there is a point where you have to make a choice, and if at the end you arent contempt with that choice, it saves there so that you may choose differently.
Sadly, this is not the case for Phantom Liberty. There should be a save before the Firestarter mission, since this is where your decisions start. How is this not the case??? Im seriously baffled.
I decided to side with Songbird, because fuck the FIA and especially the NUSA, just seemed like the lesser evil. So I massacre the whole space station, only to find out that just like Reed, So Mi betrayed me for her own gain. Not only can she not be trusted but shes an unstable super weapon that cant be trusted, in the hands of the blue eyed guy? Hell nah.
So I decide to give her up to Reed and go through with the operation. As you probably know, this left me with one of the most depressing (and also best) game endings I have ever seen. Not the fate I wish for V, but glad I got to experience that. Time to reload to... wait what? Im actually stuck with this choice now, or I have to replay a good chunk of my playthrough?
Considering the intricacy of these endings and the amount of content you miss by not playing them I just cant wrap my head around this decision.
