Witcher 3, The Wild Hunt issue (PS4)

Playing the Witcher 3, the wild hunt on ps4, loving the game, however, I have an issue. The quest icon has vanished off main quests, however, it appears for secondary quests. How can I fix it (if ineed it iss fixable?) I have tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling. still the same, any help and advice with this will be very much appreciated. TIA guys

A shot in the dark, but what main quest are you on? I know of two that don't have markers (either at all or at certain points).

That might be it, then. That quest has an objective that doesn't have a marker (finding out what happened to a person).
