An interesting idea. I do think it would be too strong, though... denying the Deploy abilities of cards like Priestess of Freya, Reaver Scout and Vran Warrior. While all three of those can be sniped by Scoai'tael's Morenn, she can be played around. A card that locks a Revealed unit would be almost impossible to play around.
Also since Nilfgaard at least for now is the only faction that can Reveal opponent's cards, they would have an unfair advantage. Sweers and Serrit can already target opponent's cards that are in hand, and Sweers especially can be devastating if he gets a good target.
Don't get me wrong; NG is my favourite faction and I'm looking forward to the new assets they're getting next patch.
