[Bug] Vrihedd Officer didn't boost correctly

When Vrihedd Officer Mulligan a great power unit, usually higher then 10, it didn't boost correctly and only get a 10 power Vrihedd Officer. Always happen on a large Ele'yas. But i can mulligan Saesenthessis and boost correctly and get a 14 power Vrihedd Officer.

Vrihedd Officer's ability states:

Deploy: You may Mulligan a card and Boost self by the Mulliganed card's base Power (or by 5 if it's a Special card).

It only boosts itself by the base power, so it doesn't work well with Ele'yas.
