Modifying Quests?

Hello,

I'm interested in modifying some quests, like what this mod did here (https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1328/?), but I am clueless as to where to start. I have downloaded the Modkit and Mod Kitchen, and then I proceeded by digging through the tutorial list stickied in this section. I don't see anything about what I'm asking for but maybe that's because I'm new to this?

I have opened the Script Studio and loaded the Script directory, but I'm stuck figuring out how to locate quests. Judging by Debug Menu dumps, I think I could relate the quests I'm looking for to a number (for example, q104 and q105 seem to relate to the Crones quest line due to item drops/requirements), but that's about as far as I can go. So, is there a tutorial available to do this (modify existing quests) and tells you how to find specific quests files?

You'll need to use sarcens mod editor.
quests are .w2l and .w2phase files.
.w2scene files are cutscenes.

You will not be able to do much though, just some minor tweaks.

Hi,

Do you mean the tool linked to in the stickied thread? The download link seems to be down. Do you know where else I might be able to find the mod editor?
