Envoys, WIneboys general question

It appears that Geralt is familiar with the two barons when he first meets them in Holloway. What exactly is his relationship with them, since according to the wiki he has traveled to Toussaint before (in the books, presumably). They appear to be on friendly terms.
And why is Stonecutter's Settlement referred to as "Holloway" for this quest?

Geralt indeed visits Toussaint if you read the books :) And he meets Peyrac-Peyran in there. Can't remember that other guy if he was in the books or not (I'm terrible with names and faces).

Hmmm... I don't want to spoil anything, in case you want to read the books some day (that Toussaint part was pretty fun to read). And I can really recommend doing that to all Witcher fans.

I don't have any idea about the Holloway.

That is just the name of the village, I could not find any references to the name outside this quest. Perhaps the settlement only became "Holloway" during the development of Blood and Wine, and the map was not updated with the name.
