Gwent "card collection" on the leftside of screen is missing

Gwent "card collection" on the left-side of screen is missing and when I remove cards from my deck they disappear forever. I have:
1.) Removed all mods related to gwent(The Gwent Card Dealer).
2.) Reloaded to previous saved files that go back over a year. Card Collection is still missing.
3.) Restarted game after removing mods.
4.) Reinstalled a new gwent mod to see if it would fix the issue (Gwent Deluxe 2.0).
5.) Removed Gwent Deluxe 2.0 mod.
6.) Restarted game.

Game is still missing my Card Collection. Not sure what else I can do.

Welcome to the Forums, frontalpha!

1.) Remove all mods.

2.) Delete everything in the ...Documents\The Witcher 3\... directory (EXCEPT the gamesaves folder -- KEEP that). Backing up the saves would be a great idea.

3.) Try loading a saved game and seeing if the collection is visible again.

4.) If so, start installing mods one-at-a-time until you encounter the problem again.
