Faster decks, faster matches

Now that the special card decks are dead, what decks do you recommend to play fast?
The internet connection in my house is lost frequently (not depend on me and sadly I can do nothing to fix this).
if the games are fast, it will catch me in the middle of less games.
Maybe I lose 15-20% of matchers for that.
