The game is incredible. We appreciate the hard work. Noble of you to give refunds. Can't wait to see where this games goes.
Dear gamers,
First of all, we would like to start by apologizing to you for not showing the game on base last-gen consoles before it premiered and, in consequence, not allowing you to make a more informed decision about your purchase. We should have paid more attention to making it play better on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Second, we will fix bugs and crashes, and improve the overall experience. The first round of updates has just been released and the next one is coming within the next 7 days. Expect more, as we will update frequently whenever new improvements are ready. After the holidays, we’ll continue working — we’ll release two large patches starting with Patch #1 in January. This will be followed by Patch #2 in February. Together these should fix the most prominent problems gamers are facing on last-gen consoles. We will be informing you about the contents of each patch ahead of their release. They won't make the game on last-gen look like it’s running on a high-spec PC or next-gen console, but it will be closer to that experience than it is now.
Finally, we would always like everyone who buys our games to be satisfied with their purchase. We would appreciate it if you would give us a chance, but if you are not pleased with the game on your console and don’t want to wait for updates, you can opt to refund your copy. For copies purchased digitally, please use the refund system of PSN or Xbox respectively. For boxed versions, please first try to get a refund at the store where you bought the game. Should this not be possible, please contact us at helpmerefund@cdprojektred.com and we will do our best to help you. Starting from today, you can contact us for a week up until December 21st, 2020.

P.S. PC gamers will also be getting regular updates and fixes improving the game.
Are you seriously asking paying customers why do they think that a product they have paid for should work on the system for which the product has been sold? It's not console player's business to worry about how will CDPR make a game run on a hardware it is being sold for, the game has been marketed and released for "last-gen" consoles, so it is a reasonable expectation for gamers on those consoles to get a working product. Nobody is asking for the game to look the same way it does on a high-end PC, but people want to have an OK experience at least.Ask a PC gamer if you can play ANY modern day title with less than 16 GB of RAM for the CPU alone? The answer is No. You need at least 16 GB. And you have half of that for both the CPU and GPU to share on PS4 Pro
You don't even meet the recommended GPU specs... So your not getting a playable experience.
OK, I don't care about the patches though...I mean I care about the patches and all (support is good), but where's my next gen update for the ps5? No one heeded my words back in the day about no console gameplay, so now I AM asking, where is the next gen update for the ps5? FYI, I've been a fan of the company since 2006.

WHERE IS THE NEXT GEN PATCH UPDATE?
You sure your a FPS player lol because no can kill things just fine. The game is cool and all but I can't get into it when the flow of everything turns to absolute crap because the aim is so bad. Actually, it's not just bad aim. Literally looking around feels like crap on my ps4 pro.
I'm an avid FPS player so I notice anything little and no it's not like I can't kill anything. I'm not having trouble completing the game but the bad aim makes me want to stop playing because it's so noticeable and frustrating just to shoot.
I play on a playstation 4 pro and non of the controls connected to R1 is working. So I'm currently stuck on the information mission during the introduction to brain dance and I can't switch to audio recording because R1 dosent work at all. So now I can't continue with this character because I can't use R1 button. I'm so frustrated
