- Different endings
- Choices really have an impact on what will go on
- Deep relationships between characters which may be built through experience "lived"
- Intelligent AI
- Difficult game
- NPC react to environment
- Detailed customization of characters
- Not one main story line but few, with several "levels" of side quests, a little bit like Baldur's gate saga, where a side quest given by a beggar could actually be huge adventure
- different paths to choose, where the choice impact the rest of the game, increasing siginificantly the repeatability of the game
- customizable weapons and armors
- A most of all a deep world, with deep history, with deep characters : makes you want to always go deeper in the game

Can be modded such as crazy freaks can actually do huge mods

welcome to the forum

If there is a sequel I don't know if I'd want it to be a continuation. I like to start fresh, especially when new mechanics are introduced that make certain play styles cooler. I'd like a nice closer giving ending. Maybe one with a unhappy ending (as long as I'm not dead and can still play).

-No forced jokes, you don't need to show us you have a sense of humor
-Don't pack the game with obvious references to Blade Runner, Breaking Bad or anything else
-Lots of immersion into this dark neon world. I could play some Perturbator albums and be right there now.
-Don't let EA types put their paedo fingers on the game

Wha.... Why would they do that?

Breaking bad has drugs, cyberpunk too, i'm sure there's bald guys in the cyberpunk world, so that's obviously the same thing.
I can't wait to have my nomad in the middle of the desert, cookings crystal meth :p lol.

Personnaly i would'nt be against some hommage to the cyberpunk movement of some sort, like meeting Molly during a mission, Case on the web, Cowboy the panzer boy, etc... just some nods here and there (hidden maybe), could be a nice touch IMO.

Ho, and something i really want, CPR told us it would be there, but i don't know how it will play out.
I hope there will be the same "environement reaction" just like in Fallout 2.
In fallout 2, if you start the game with 1,2,3 in intelligence, you play a total retard, all you can say is "boogie booga", you can't event open doors ("this mecanism is too complex for you"), if you play a good guy, bad guys will hate you and vice versa, but as stupid as it could sound, that opened a lot of side quest, even when you played a retard.

I would like to have this kind of diversity, even if Fallout is a "prehistoric" game nowaday, i played it recently and well, just the fact that a guy react to the fact you're totaly retarded make the game more "real", like if it were alive.

In fallout 3 (or most of the RPG i played recently), you can start a game with 0 intelligence, etc... nothing will change.

Something that would be pretty cool, would be a "story telling" cinematic intro for the game (like the 2 first Fallout) about the Cyberpunk history (like in the 2020 rules book), from 1989 - Berlin's wall fall to 2077 - nowadays

If it has to be solo-ony game, i want to have a top-notch replayability, not the kind of game you left to rot on a shelf once you finished it, there's too much game like this nowadays.

For the multiplayers, i think remember to read that you were not for a MMORPG, but what about Coop? maybe not in the solo game, but a Battefield 3-like coop, where you have SPECIAL missions just for the coop mode, could even be randomly generated, there's so much stuff to do who could be cool in multiplayer, like tactical assault, it's way more easy to attack an enemy with your "real" buddy, with an "real" brain, than a wave of stupid IA buddies who'll run straight on the enemy and get everyone killed...

That said, i'm ok with solo only game, all i really want is that you keep the vide of the "dark and dangerous street, corporate living above the dirty masses, in their crystal tower", it's just what you feel when you read the CP2020 books, it's very stylish (and so close to our real world in some ways).

Oh and i want a lot of junkies too, you know, the kind of "crackhead" you can find in your town, talking alone, askin you money, trying to stab you for... who knows why?!

I want that, once you stepped in the combat zone or the crappy part of the city, to feel the despair, the atrocity of the low life has to hits you like a punch in the face... You don't want to be there, and people living there aren't happier, maybe "corrupted" by all the crap flying around, just take a walk in a really poor neiborhood with some criminality going on, by night, you'll see what i'm talking about.
This is the kind of dark-disgusting world i want to see, a world who stink reallism, you don't have to feel "confortable" when you goes there, not a half assed "dark world" for teenager with cliché bad guys... If it's a mature game, it has to have a mature look at the 2077 society. A society where no one is spared, except if they can pay the price.

Just take a look at Home of the brave, it gives a good view about the "street life", almost no middle class, thugs, nihilists, uneducated and violent childrens who grows up without parents, corporations black ops, prostitution, drugs, murder, underground pubs, pirate media, streets rotting on themselves, filled with bums, junkies, etc...In my 2020 campaign, i even added some "political" gangs like nazis, communists, socialists, anarchists, ecologists, etc... who fights to control the combat zone, taking some gang as allies, trying to endoctrinate peoples. Even the nice parts of the city should have a few freaks, bums, weird people, it has to show how much concrete and technology drive people crazy.

In the real world, death is disgusting, war is awfull, peoples are crazy, perverted, obssessed, will lies to you to complete their agenda, etc...

The world is enought dark nowadays, so after more than 50 years of society collapse, i can assume that the combat zone or the poor suburbs would look like something close to the third world, drug dealer, prostitutes, thief, black market, disgusting kinks (look at some fetishes peoples have on the internet... you'll have hard time imagining worse)

I want that game to be realist when it come to the underground, some raw and violent world, like Scarface, but worst.

Sorry for my english mistakes, it's not my native language, i hope it's understandable ^^.
That was just my two point.

For me the best approach to multyplayer is free roam coop... or like nwn handled it.....

After all this game is based on a pen and paper game... will be fun have a sort of narrator slot that can actually design situation with the powers to spawn items ennemy gears and stuff like that.... Better than special coop missions..

Like Cyberpunk meets little big planet? Or halo forge mode? Or garysmod? Could be a very cool idea. Would be a great way to create a virtual table top game with a GM and players. I however would like to see the game take the role of GM and randomly create missions, events, enemy's and places, ect. by itself using fancy AI and algorithms.

They could incorporate different radio stations in the game, like what was done with Grand Theft Auto V.

Please god let it be better than that... I love gta Soundtracks, but V's is just crap... no good music at all, especially the punk station just sucks monkey balls...

GTA 5 is the first GTA I pretty much reflexively turn the radio off now. Once I've listened to the chat shows for laughs. Spotify provides my music background. Too bad.

Id like quests to be time sensitive.

In other words, if my objective is to hijack a truck that will be at a specific place at a specific time, i shouldnt be able to finish the 'quest' just any time i want.

Similarly, if some guys daughter has been kidnapped, looking for her 2 weeks later should yield in a failed quest.

It would also be a mechanism which would force the player to choose between finishing 1 quest and failing another.
