Stutters fix?

However, Witcher 2 suffers from micro stutters. Even at high frame rates every couple of steps it'll get choppy for a split second. Any suggestions?
This occurs at any graphical setting, but only in certain areas (forests and indoor areas seem to be fine from what I can tell...which is odd.)
