Game dont run. Very odd error.

Game simply refuse to run. Copy protection pass and then - boom i have this.

I tried everything "-dontForceMinRegs", cleaning system and drivers. It simply don`t work and give me this funny text.One time (it was yesterday), It run 2 or 3 times with "-dontForceMinRegs", but now it just piss me off with this "not so funny" behavior. If everyone have something to help, be pleased.If everyone know what this screen realy mean...System:XP, Venice 3800(2.4GHz), 2 GB RAM, 8800 GT 1GB.

in what language is Windows configured ?do you have patch 1.3 and a newer DirectX like DirectX Runtime June 2008 ?

Windows locale - Russian. But warning, if i dont insert right disk, i see in my normal native russian. Patch 1.3 applied and DirectX up to date.

Could you please translate the error message ? Does it say you dont meet the minimum requirements or that you dont have the original cd ?

The fun part is that this error message is untranslatable and unreadable. It not normal language, it something corrupt. Is far as i can interpret it - there is 2 "!"sign in it, so it likely "minimum requirements message". But passable switch do not workaround.
