The Witcher 3 on disc

Hey, does anyone know how exactly the install will work for the game on a disc. I live in an area where there isn't any internet and I was wondering if I can still install the game with just the disc. Is it going to go through steam or gog?

DRM Free.

Essentially: Buy physical copy > Insert Discs > Install > Run from EXE no hassles. It will not require GOG or Steam.

The Witcher 3 at retail has no DRM. That means you can buy it, install it, and just play without the need of internet. You will never need the internet to play the retail copy of The Witcher 3 unless the game is a buggy broken mess and you will need the internet to update the game. But the way it's looking, there shouldn't be much problems.

Depends on where you live actually. The Russian version retail is Steam activated, and going by what I have seen people say, apparently Steam version Retail always needs to download most of the game.
