Several Quest are bugged

I can´t start the final race at the Quest " heroes race: In honor of the goddess"
At the Quest "From milk and darkness" the last to tasks, shall not be counted.
At the Quest "Phantom of the trade road" the wyvern king dosn´t spawn.

im having a problem where the contract THE CREATURE FROM OXENFURT FOREST after i talk to mercenary hans the way point wont spawn where im suppose to go instead it spawns on him im playing on PS4

I'm sure that happened to me, just head east of that npc and you should bump into the monster. I always find the monster before I have the quest.

yo dude thanks alot it turns out that i went there before and didnt realized it thats why the mission was bugged i figured it out tho lol
