Couldn't send a performance problem via my cellphone trough https://support.cdprojektred.com/en/cyberpunk/pc/sp-technical/issue/1775/contact-to-support , kept clicking "submit" after the bot check but nothing happened. Will try from PC later.

Not sure how CDPR support tickets work, but in few other places it has been worth trying different browser. For some reason even the most common browsers are not always working well in every place.

Try zip. format- always worked for me.

You're using official compression software (Winzip, 7zip, WinRAR, etc.), correct?
