Achievements/Contracts/Rewards are Missing or Bugged

The dryad reward tree is bugged for me: I have unlocked the quest to play 5 matches in any online mode (the one that unlocks the title "Healer") and have played like 20 matches since, but they are not counting towards completion. I cannot progress in the tree, any help?

I had to shut down and reboot on PC to get it to work, and have since competed it successfully.

Didn't work for me, unfortunately, I even tried reinstalling the game - still the same issue

Now that they fixed Veteran contract, maybe they can fix the footman bug. I have to believe that transformed footman are meant to count.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I'm constantly getting a message after finishing matches about there being a problem. It tells me my progress has been logged but when i check my contracts and reward book quests they haven't been updated. It's nealry 20% of my matches at this point.
