So I think I've just experienced the acid rain in the game, at least I think it is because the sky and overall atmosphere is sickly yellow. But I see no effect on NPCs or even on my healthbar.
Wouldn't it make sense to have our healthbar slowly drain away while standing in the rain, or give us a poisoned status or something?
Have the NPCs run for cover or at least have some special umbrellas to equip. I'd even settle for just not spawning any NPCs on the street while it lasts.
I know this is a tiny detail in the context of all that needs attention, but I feel deserves to be mentioned.
