Actualy How long before get answer from support?

Hey, i sentrequest to support 4 days ago, asking refund. it say usualy 24h for an answer but atm they have lot of requests so it say may be longer. How long do you get answer actualy, and if its a no, you get answer too?

Edit : my fault, but something on the gog web site is not clear about. Its possible to send a ticket wthout be loged, you even get the message saying your request been sending, but it dont work. You need to be loged with your account on the website to send an effective request ticket.

I send a ticket to support more then 5 weeks ago. Still no answer.

I think my request was not sent because i was not loged in, i made a request loged on the gog website and i got a statu of my request and a mail, wich didnt happen from my previous request.

i submitted a ticket yesterday morning and around 5pm last bight I got a response.
