Add viewable special card describtion when played

Maybe there is something i havent noticed, but when a special card is played i cant look at the describtion of that card and see what it did. As im not familiar with every special card in the game it would be neat to see what it did, as this is already implemented on the normal unit-cards.

The card played should show up on the left side of the screen. You can also go into the graveyard and get the details from the card there. Hope this helps.

In the original Witcher 3 Gwent you could view the card effect by hovering with the mouse over it if I recall correctly. So my guess is that they will add that feature sometime in the future (hopefully )
