An error occurs while tracking a contract

I try to change one of the contract I was tracking (seasonal one: From August to Septembre), but the new contract I select immeditaly unselect itself.
When I go to the main page, I see the following error:
"An error occurs while tracking a contract"

If I quit and come back, I am still tracking the August contract I try to de-select.

How can this be fixed ?

I verified the integrity of the files of the game via Steam, and no problem found...

Nobody else has the problem ? Nobody has an idea how to solve it ?
