Anna hamil not spawning in during quest for regina

So ive completed this quest before, the nomad dialogue and it worked fine. Corpo this time and when i pay the nomad for info and then pay the door fee, she isnt in the apartment. Any solutions ?

Nevermind lol, i was just one floor to low, the heck lol. The quest marker drew me into the room one floor low.
