This increase in armor is not reflected in my armor stats?

If I remove all my clothes except this vest, my total armor is just 122?

Is this a bug?

The vest has an Armadillo mod with "+5.10 Armor" and the text "Increases Armor by 5.097"

It's a period, not a comma. 17.854, not 17,854.

95,4 + 17,85 = 113 armor...not 122 but close. Maybe you must read SEVENTEEN ?

The 95.4 is already inclusive of the bonus from armadillo. The extra 28 armour may be from skills?

Why they feel the need to even add that sort of ambiguity by displaying the armor value down to one THOUSANDTH of an armor point I have no idea.
