Broken inventory

Greetings to all, i have problems with the game. I can't see equipped items in inventory screen because Geralt picture becomes to big. Photo is attached. It worked fine on old computer, but on new one i have this problem, What can i do? Thanks in advance!

Are you using any mods, or have you ever used any in the past?

I remember someone else who had a similar issue (he used mods).
Not sure if he fixed it (or how if he fixed it)

Inventory glitching

Hi, i encountered a glitch in the inventory where background is covered by a dark square and it is obscuring vision of items equipped on Geralt. It looks like this. Is there any solution to it? My game version is 4.03
