BUGS after Patch 2.1

+
1. When looking in the mirror, sometimes my V has a gun attached to its hand, it seems to have no effect dropping or unequiping it, it just remains there.
2. I can't sleep on my bed on H10 building. Don't know what triggered it, but my guess it happened after i had a date with one of the my romance options.
3. No drops of cyberware shards until now (lvl 60).
4. Also had problems with finishers.
5. Also saw bugs with shadows.
6. Someone mentioned here about Sonic Shock not keeping you in stealth if you use a hack after it. Don't know if it was intentional, but also happening.

On PC:

When changing/previewing clothes there is no more the "glitch/distortion" effect.
This happens even after a clean install and with 0 mods installed, both on new game and old save

On PS5:

Face items aren’t showing up outside of the inventory menu, whether actually equipped or transmogged through wardrobe. This issue seems to have been resolved after making and reloading a fresh save.

R1 no longer switches radio stations when you tap it while driving; it simply turns the radio off. I assume this is tied to the Radioport somehow.

The radio in V’s Megabuilding apartment still isn’t interactable.

Unable to sleep in any apartment while your partner is waiting for your romantic hangout.

When loading a save from an old character before Phantom Liberty, the central menu meter (Johnny’s affection) is already at 85% (Fuck the System) with quest descriptions and story spoilers, before Songbird even calls the first time. This bug existed prior to 2.1 and hasn’t been fixed yet.

After winning a race, the “Transferring Prize Money” bar notification appears instead of the next red progress bar (for instance, waiting for a vehicle to be scanned by the Autoxfixer custom car for El Capitan).

After killing an enemy with Synapse Burnout, the enemy stays idle and standing until hit with an attack; then it triggers its collapsing “killed by Synapse Burnout” animation.

While driving, when the Stamina bar is set to the center of the screen, sometimes hitting a wall or an obstacle will cause the bar to appear and remain on screen. The bar then doesn’t fade until exiting the vehicle. This bug also randomly occurs during normal combat.

Unfortunately, it appears that Cross-Progression saves are (still?) broken. Going from PC -> PS5, my saves have the blue cloud and checkmark on PC (and load normally), but on PS5 the saves only have the cloud, no checkmark - and upon trying to load any cross play save on PS5, my game immediately crashes.

Cannot use controller on PC. Left joystick loses UP/DOWN functionality so cannot aim or go through menu screens.
Which controller are you using? I've tried both PS5 and generic Xbox 360-style controller, both are working for me on PC.

(XB) Noticed character developed a slow side walking and cursor drift in menus. Tampered with dead zones to see if I could correct for it to no avail. I found resetting controls menu to defaults and then adjusting my values addressed the issue, may be something similar for PC users.

apartment's radio doesnt work
trauma team mini AV still produces loud sounds
"no weapon sway" locks the camera, but doesnt lock the weapon
active chimera core placed in v's apartment is bugged
ncpd iconic outer torso "heavy-duty aramid-reinforced badge coat" now has a slot

Also noticed new bugs appearing after updating to 2.1 (PC without any mods)

1. Finisher animations aren't happening anymore. The prompt for the finisher still pops up and when you hit it the slow mo kicks in but the blade/knife (in my cases) swing is just the regular weapon strike animation.

2. After eating food in your inventory sometimes (most of the time) your health consumable unequips. This has been happening since 2.0 but now if you have blood pump in the slot and it becomes unequipped, the cyberware itself also becomes uninstalled so you have to visit a ripper doc to reinstall it. Unequipping blood pump intentionally in your inventory works normally and does not uninstall the cyberware so a temporary solution for now is to unequip blood pump, eat, then re-equip it

3. Option to sleep (in H10 apartment at least) does not appear during dates until you walk out of the room and re-enter.

4. Level 60 netrunner perk is still not working as intended, activating overclock still does not allow close by enemies to be hacked through obstacles or surfaces.

5. Cyberware capacity number seems a bit buggy in general, the number sometimes doesn't change after uninstalling/installing cyberware, sometimes it's not displaying the correct number and only updates after changing out a piece of cyberware. This is not happening consistently however, unlike the other issues.

6. Both controller sticks are drifting now (I'm using a 360 controller), turning up the inner dead zone resolves it for now, movement and view are fine when using mouse and keyboard.

7. More minor of an issue than others but the radio in the H10 apartment is still not interactable. I'm still using the distract enemies quick hack to turn it on and cycle stations.

Also not a bug but just as a side note why let the player have the option to turn the TV on without having to sit available only during the date? If you want to turn the TV on regularly you have to sit down on the couch to watch it. Just seems kinda silly

Same here, very disappointing.

For me, I am using an ASUS ROG Raikiri (wired), which worked perfectly yesterday, prior to the 2.1 patch (and works perfectly with other games now). I am using the steam "xinput" controller with the official CP2077 gamepad template.

I agree on the gang attacks/chases.

I'm being attacked and chased for no reason. Just driving around and suddenly I entered combat.

They should only attack or chase you, when you pick a fight with them. Not just randomly spawn behind you and they attack you for no reason. It also happens very often.

Make it so that they start to chase you, if you steal something from them, or when you attacked/killed a gang member, or when you steal a car.

I mean the randomly chases between two different gangs and randomly shootouts are nice. But you being chased for no reason, is kinda stupid and irritating sometimes.

Cyberpunk 2077 doesn't seem to play well with the steam input system (you actually have to disable PS5 DS support in steam to get the PS5 controller to work properly in-game).

So even though your controller works with all other games via Steam, until they fix Steam Input, you might be able to get your controller working again by either re-applying the steam input config, trying a 'default' config, or just disabling steam input altogether for Cyberpunk.

Audio bugs after update?
After the update I've had a considerable amount of audio issues, where it's too distracting to keep playing.

Not sure if it's the radio... But it's how I noticed these the most;

1. General ambient, crowd, vehicle or train sounds keep getting cut-off (more than usual).
2. NPC dialogue is completely mute at times. An example of this is the start of Delamain's quest; 'Tune Up' you can not hear Delamain talk if you have your radio on and you cannot disable the radio until after you leave the garage. Additionally in the "Gig: Jeopardy" from Sebastian Ibarra, one of the NPC's guarding a door with dialogue option is just mute.
3. When character moves, there's a noticeable "noise" or scratching in the background when moving the camera or walking. Reload did not remove this sound from the background.
4. After a death and reload at "Gig: Jeopardy" I had the car's horn honking sound on whenever I moved the character or aimed. (Most likely not related to the gig, but instead how the radio is hooked to the car radio) Reload removed the car horn honking sound.

Option set to: Headphones.

Yeah, that's what did it for me - even though it worked (steam input) yesterday, after disabling it today, now the controller works fine. I suppose CPR added support for this specific controller (or better generic controller support), as previously steam displayed a message indicating my controller was not supported by CP, now that message is gone.

Thanks for the (hopefully temporary) workaround. This one really caught me off guard as I had grown accustomed to reassigning it in quick access after eating/drinking.

Dropping your food/drink and eating it off the ground also retains your blood pump.

About the bugs related to Judy, in which she doesn't answer calls or interact or simply disappears from the game, and makes it impossible to use her apartment, and also the bug that makes it impossible for V to sleep in apartment H10. In my game, I was able to fix these problems by inviting Judy to H10's apartment.

I'm in this exact situation, but how do you invite Judy to the H10 apartment? I assumed you do it from calling her but that obviously isn't an option.
