There's this mission (is it Chippin' in?) during which V (as Johhny) goes on a date with Rogue.
My problem is, that hasn't happened yet in my playthrough. No date with Rogue. Yet, the game is acting as if it did. I still haven't done Chippin' in. It is in my journal.
(Yes, I do have mods installed but nothing that should change any missions. Texture mods mostly.)

- My friendship meter is at 80% and reads "The hot date with Rogue and setting up the meet with Kerry sure means a lot to the guy". Never even met Kerry yet. No date with Rogue either.
- Johhny is sitting in my living room (H10) and talks about how the date with Rogue went south at all times now. Even if I sit down and have that conversation with Johhny, he just keeps sitting on my couch and the conversation is endlessly repeatable.

Today, I've discovered a bug with "Just Another Story" where you fail it for no apparent reason. I've got about 500 hours played at this point. This bug has happened on two vehicles that I tried to drive to El Capitan's choom. I do not use any mods.
The first time the quest failed, I was on the fourth attempt (using autosaves) when I'd had no accidents, had plenty of time left on the timer, and the quest failed as I was driving. The next attempt on a different vehicle was successful. The one after, I didn't have any additional conditions on the turn-in, just drive there after killing all the gangoons, and again the quest failed for no apparent reason. You'll get the call from El Capitan saying you f***ed up, the end.
I turned in several vehicles yesterday with no problems, and today was the first time I've ever seen this particular bug.

My save game was from before phantom liberty, now my os won't allow me to quick hack anymore. I tried reinstalling the os cyberware, eyes and all cyber ware together. After placing the quickhacks again into the os, I cannot seem to use them whatever situation occurs. Anyone got a suggestion?

If PC, did you use mods on this save? (even once, even if you removed/installed them).

I dont know if it's intended but im experiencing unforgivably bad pop in even on maxxed out graphics using an m.2 ssd. I already tried uninstalling all mods and verifying game files and nothing seems to work, even tried LOD distance mods and they do absolutely nothing . It is 10x worse when in vehicles where even about 20 meters away from my car some npcs just straight up despawn and disappear,
