Cannot make Cleansing Mixture

Hi guys,
I can't make the cleansing mixture in hearts and stones, it's not under alchemy quest section either.

Anyone had same problem?

Make sure it's not a filter issue, i.e. that you've not filtered out All parts present.

It's a common issue, more common than you'd think. I've felt stupid myself after falling victim to it.

THE WITCHER. I'm having trouble progressing on the "go fail Elaine" mission, when I collect all the ingredients, the potion disappears from alchemy and I can't make it. Can someone help me?

I'm betting your issue is the same as Sascha_ni97's; that you've filtered out All parts present.
