Can't equip a leader I already own on new decks.

The title pretty much sums it up. Since the new seasonal event, I haven't been able to equip Alzur on any of my new decks (he keeps being grayed out and isn't selected). I can still use his cardbacks and coins, and any of my older decks that had him as a leader are completely fine.

Any ideas?
