Can't get support for a botched purchase

I realize this is not the appropriate venue, but I've had very little support following a botched purchase of metorite powder that was not fulfilled. I've already sent multiple requests but am still in the dark. Can anyone from customer support please step up and help me out? It's getting a little frustrating at this point...
